1. Application and Fee

  • Please complete the application and return it with a $50.00 non-refundable fee for each applicant made payable to:

2. Admissions Exam (for Freshman applicants)

  • High School Placement Test (HSPT) - January 21, 2012 - 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Freshmen applicants are required to take a standardized test called the High School Placement Test.

     Admissions Exam (for Sophomore & Junior applicants)

3. Interview

  • All applicants will have a personal interview with a school administrator or faculty member.  Interview is scheduled after the admissions exam. (February 2, 2012 - 4:30pm-8:00pm for all Freshman Applicants)

4. Request for Transcripts

  • A transcript of grades and copies of standardized testing for the past TWO grades/years will be needed for the application process.  Request for Transcript form available online or at MDCHS school office.
  • Transcripts and records are to be mailed from the current school to Mater Dei. 

5. Letter of Recommendation

  • All applicants must obtain ONE letter of recommendation from either a school administrator, teacher, or pastor.
