**36th Annual Crusader Golf Tournament: Looking for parents to volunteer to be on the Golf Tournament committee. Tournament will be on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Bonita Golf Club. **Sports physicals will be available on Tuesday, June 5 at 12:30pm in the lobby of the Dr. Kassebaum Theater. These physicals will be done by Physician Sports Physicals (http://physiciansportsphysicals.com). Cost is $25 and you can download the forms from the link on the school web site: http://materdeicatholic.org/index.php/2011-08-09-03-29-37/student-health-information. Students must bring $25 and completed sports physicals forms. Physicals will be conducted as long as there are students in line. (Gerken-post through 6/4/12)
