Mater Dei Catholic High School is an amazing place to continue your education and to learn, live and grow as an individual and a member of the global community. For a student to register for the High School Placement Test (HSPT), they must submit an application.
Your application is your HSPT registration.

What are the steps to submitting an application?

Create an Account
To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.
Start Application
You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.
Review, Submit, & Pay Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the $80 non-refundable application fee.
Request/Submit Required Documents
Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office.

*Students with Learning Differences: Parents must provide current documentation of an IEP, 504 Plan, or private Neuropsychological or Psychoeducational evaluation (3 years or less) when the Admissions Application is completed. Documents must be submitted directly to the Admissions Office.

Tours

Family Tours

Families can schedule a private family tour with a member of the admissions team. Tours will be approximately 45 minutes in length and cover all departments, facilities, functions, and important elements of Mater Dei Catholic.

Crusader For A Day

Current 8th-graders can accompany a Mater Dei Catholic student around campus for a truly unique experience to see a day in the life of a crusader. The experience will last all day, from 8:00 AM-2:35 PM on Thursdays and 8:00 AM-1:00 PM on Fridays. Students will be provided with a meal.

8th Grade Visitation

Students from local parochial, public, charter, private, and home schools can now attend our on-campus visitation days. Students must be accompanied by a parent unless coming as a group then 1-2 parents must attend with the group. Email the Admissions Director, Mr. Ted Drummond at Tdrummond@materdeicatholic.org for more details. If you are from a local Parochial/Catholic School please check with your school principal or 8th grade teacher.

Open House

Our Open House happens once a year every October! Families are welcome to come and visit on their own or register for a guided tour and see why Mater Dei Catholic's 60+ year legacy of excellence in academics, extracurricular activities, athletics, and Christian service delivers a complete academic pathway, an unparalleled Catholic education, and an incomparable value.
