Parent Volunteer Opportunities

Parent Volunteers will support in ticket sales, find and secure sponsorships, and gather in-kind donations for the auctions. Parent Volunteers will asked to meet weekly leading up to the event with a committee chair. Blue & Gold occurs every Spring.

This year's campaign, Mater Dei Forward for Academic Excellence, is dedicated to supporting the educational experience of our students and helps fund the amazing work that is done in the classroom by our faculty. We are seeking parent volunteers to assist in organizing, folding, and labeling merchandise. You will ensure everything is prepared efficiently to run smoothly during peak selling times throughout the year.

Parent volunteers are needed for this event to help set up, work food stations, check-in/welcome tables, and, potentially, run a parent table for Q&A’s. The main role for volunteers is to welcome our new families and provide special insight from the perspective of a proud Crusader Parent.

In need of 3-5 Parent Volunteers to help set up and potentially lead a family tour to potential new families interested in attending our school. Parents may also be needed to sell at the Crusader Corner Store or to help with student demonstration areas along with MDCHS Staff. Open House will happen in the Fall of 2025.

Parent volunteers are needed for this event to coordinate a visit for new, interested student athletes and their families and create a an admissions presentation geared towards athletics, set up and organize dinner, and lead student athletes to the field for pregame activities. Volunteers should be involved with MD Athletics and feel comfortable speaking about our school's athletic programs.
